Bottle Case PackerA Fanuc Robot rapidly packs cases with plastic bottles. This automated system forms the cardboard cases. The robot then packs the cases with bottles. The cases are conveyed and get taped. Another robot palletizes the packed boxes. Once a full pallet is built the cases get automatically banded and stretch wrapped as required by the product that is being ran.
Pod Bin PackerA Fanuc LR Mate and a Fanuc 710 robot work together to pack cases of drink pods. These robots are integrated with a large conveyor system. Fanuc IR vision is used to verify a successful pack of each layer. After the cases are fully packed they get a lid and get loaded into an automatic storage and retrieval system.

Eight Lathe Tending CellThis video features a Fanuc M-710iC/45M Robot on a Gudel track. This setup has the capability to tend up to eight machines. This cell improved the output of these Haas machines more than 100%. The robot has a cart that can carry up to four in process parts on. The carbon fiber part gets put through two machines with different setups. After the carbon fiber part goes through machine operations it is laser marked with a unique serial number and placed on the part out feed.
Dual Lathe TendingThis system features a Fanuc M-710iC/45M tending two Haas Lathes. This system has automated part in feeds and out feeds. The system also laser marks the parts with a unique date coded serial number. The in feed & out feed have the capacity for an entire shift of raw material. This cell improved the quality of the parts by guaranteeing chuck placement of the raw material. The addition of a robot to this process reduced the waste and part price profoundly.

Full Layer Bottle PalletizingThese robots work together to palletize cardboard cases of plastic bottles. The system can handle multiple products and tasks at the same time. After the pallet of cases has been built, it exits the system through pallet conveyor. This pallet conveyor automatically bands and stretch wraps the pallets so they are ready for shipment.
Display Case PalletizingCase conveyor feeds this Fanuc Palletizing robot. The cases get turned by a case flipper and the robot picks them up one row at a time. The Vacuum tool has multiple zones that can be controlled separately to accommodate pallet build patterns. Once the pallet is finished it gets conveyed automatically out of the cell.
Sour Cream PalletizerThis Fanuc Robot Palletizies shrink wrapped containers. The cell contains two pallet build stations. The product is conveyed into the cell and picked up by the robot. Pneumatic actuators position the product in a consistent position in the robot pick zone. The specialized vacuum gripper allows the robot to have full control over each case when placing the product. The pallet conveyor conveys the finished product out of the cell to an automated stretch wrapper to finish the packaging.

Mandrel Winding and Oven TendingThis huge Fanuc M900 Robot tends a carbon fiber winding machine. This robot eliminates a huge ergonomic hazard of handling the 10 foot long carbon fiber mandrels. The robot and winding machine significantly reduces the cost of carbon fiber drive shafts. The robot loads the steel mandrels onto the carbon fiber winding machine. Then the operator starts the winding process. After the winding process the robot loads the mandrel onto the oven conveyor to cure. Once the mandrel has gone through the oven the robot loads the part onto the out feed.
Pallet Track CarThis custom conveyor out feed has a section of pallet conveyor on a track car. This track car saves space and reduces the footprint of the robotic cell. The track car takes away pallets from the robot that is palletizing product.
Conveyor & StretchwrappingThis custom robot cell out feed automatically stretch wraps finished pallets after the robot has finished packing them. This cell has both pallet in feed and pallet out feed conveyor. Exact Automation provides fully integrated conveyor and AGV solutions.
Robotic LiddingExact automation installed a large conveyor system that was integrated with Fanuc Robots. This video shows case conveyor integrated with a robotic lidder. The conveyor is programmed with the capability of tracking attributes with each case. This conveyor system linked to case packers and an automatic storage and retrieval system.
